Toby Fox

Toby "Radiation" Fox (born October 11, 1991), also known as FwugRadiation, is a music composer and game developer. He developed the critically acclaimed RPG Undertale and produced its soundtrack in 2015.
He studied environmental science at Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts.
Started composing music for Andrew Hussie's 2009 webcomic Homestuck during his senior year of high school.

Napstablook (/ˈnæpstəˌbluːk/), known in the UnderNet as NAPSTABLOOK22, is a melancholic ghost monster and musician/DJ who lives in Waterfall, first seen and encountered in the Ruins as the game's first miniboss.
Vegetoid (/ˈvɛdʒɪˌtɔɪd/) is a species of monster encountered in the Ruins. Its Hard Mode counterpart is Parsnik.
When talking to them after the Echo Flower says this, they say "Never trust a flower," implying their embarrassment and resentment at being outed for what they feel is their sole purpose in life. They also state that mistrusting flowers are "one of the constants of this world," which is a possible allusion to Flowey.
